- X-Ray should be advised by clinician to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure especially to children and women of menstruating age.
- X-Ray request should be submitted with brief history
- Rs. 60 will be charged per film, if films are supplied by government.
- Free X-Ray will be allowed only by Medical Superintendent and AMS T.H.Q Hospital Shujabad.
- Radiographer will take all steps to avoid unnecessary exposure to patients and attendants.
- Emergency and indoor x-ray will be entertained free of cost.
- For special investigation, patient should be appointment and do proper preparation required by contrast studies like IVU and BA studies etc.
- Radiation protection plan should be followed by all staff members of department.
